Delete Your NotizAI Account
We're sorry to see you go. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your notes, flashcards, quizzes, podcasts, and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
Before you proceed
- Deletion is permanent — your data cannot be recovered.
- All notes, flashcards, quizzes, and podcasts will be deleted.
- Active subscriptions will not be automatically refunded — cancel via the App Store or Google Play before deleting.
- Payment records may be retained as required by applicable law.

Delete In-App (Recommended)
This is the fastest way to delete your account.
- 01Open the NotizAI app on your device.
- 02Tap your profile icon or go to Settings.
- 03Tap "Profile" or "Account".
- 04Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- 05Read the confirmation warning carefully.
- 06Tap "Confirm Delete" to permanently delete your account.

Request via Email
If you cannot access the in-app option, send an email from your registered account email address.

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include in your email:
- The email address registered with your account
- A confirmation that you understand deletion is permanent
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 5 business days. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All notes, recordings, transcripts, and summaries
- All generated flashcards, quizzes, and mind maps
- All podcast audio generated from your notes
- Your profile information (name, avatar, email)
- Usage history and analytics data
- Subscription information (except legally required payment records)
